Den \u00e4r \u00f6ver huvud taget bra p\u00e5 buff\u00e9er och fungerar att ha till ett gott br\u00f6d ocks\u00e5.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Till ca 10 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1 liter god yoghurt \u2013 g\u00e4rna turkisk eller grekisk eller naturell- eller matlagnings-<\/p>\n<p>ca 450 gram fetaost \u2013 helst s\u00e5dan gjord p\u00e5 f\u00e5r- och \/eller getmj\u00f6lk, inte den skandinaviska gjord p\u00e5 komj\u00f6lk, eftersom den inte smakar lika gott<\/p>\n<p>F\u00e4rsk basilika \u2013 kan uteslutas, men blir vackert och gott att blanda i<\/p>\n<p>Vitl\u00f6k efter smak, finhackad eller pressad<\/p>\n<p>Lite rivet citronskal<\/p>\n<p>Ev. lite salt \u2013 beror p\u00e5 hur salt osten \u00e4r \u2013 smaka f\u00f6rst!<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mixa allt alt. mosa fetaosten och blanda med \u00f6vriga ingredienser och h\u00e4ll upp i sk\u00e5l, dekorera med en kvist basilika eller lite rivet citronskal. V\u00e4lj m\u00e4ngd fetaost \u2013 yoghurt efter smak och vilken konsistens du vill ha.
