Passar utm\u00e4rkt p\u00e5 en buff\u00e9 och g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rbereda och bara gr\u00e4dda ett tag innan du ska servera.<\/h3>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 10 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>900 gram f\u00e4rsk gr\u00f6n sparris<\/p>\n<p>1 rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve svarta oliver, urk\u00e4rnade<\/p>\n<p>20 k\u00f6rsb\u00e4rstomater eller ca 5 tomater skurna i lite st\u00f6rre bitar<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, tunt skivad<\/p>\n<p>1 rej\u00e4l n\u00e4ve f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p>salt och nymalen svartpeppar<\/p>\n<p>en liten nypa torkad chili, smulad<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r av den nedre tr\u00e5diga biten p\u00e5 sparrisen och skala den om det beh\u00f6vs. Dela den i tv\u00e5 delar. Jag brukar sk\u00e4ra av den nedre delen snett, ungef\u00e4r som man snittar blommor och sedan sk\u00e4ra snett \u00e4ven p\u00e5 mitten f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 fina bitar. Blanda alla ingredienser i en sk\u00e5l och l\u00e4gg dem i en het stekpanna eller l\u00e5ngpanna. Tillaga i ugn p\u00e5 225 grader under ca. 15 minuter. V\u00e4nd sparrisen d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.
