Jag \u00e4r \u00f6ver huvud taget v\u00e4ldigt f\u00f6rtjust i aprikos som jag g\u00e4rna \u00e4ter helt naturliga som de \u00e4r, de p\u00e5minner mig om Medelhavet, sol och v\u00e4rme. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00e4r aprikoser tillagas m\u00e4rks det att de \u00e4r ganska syrliga s\u00e5 det brukar g\u00e5 \u00e5t lite st\u00f6rre m\u00e4ngd socker n\u00e4r just aprikoserna karamelliseras j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med till exempel \u00e4pple, p\u00e4ron, persika eller nektarin. Jag g\u00f6r dem ibland i klyftor, men det g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att tillaga dem i halvor och kan rentav bli mer dekorativt. Sm\u00e4lt sm\u00f6ret i en riktigt bra och helt rengjord stekpanna &#8211; det \u00e4r viktigt att din efterr\u00e4tt inte f\u00e5r smak av l\u00f6k eller vitl\u00f6k! N\u00e4r sm\u00f6ret b\u00f6rjat puttra h\u00e4ller du i sockret och vaniljen och r\u00f6r om f\u00f6rsiktigt tills sockret l\u00f6st sig och du f\u00e5tt som en slags karamells\u00e5s. L\u00e4gg i aprikoserna, v\u00e4nd runt dem under omr\u00f6rning s\u00e5 de t\u00e4cks av karamells\u00e5sen samtidigt som de mjukar till den konsistens du vill ha dem.
