Och den trogne l\u00e4saren vet att jag \u00e4lskar att anv\u00e4nda resterna till en god frittata p\u00e5 helgen. Tills\u00e4tt resten av sm\u00f6ret, h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e4ll i \u00e4ggvispet. Drag direkt ner v\u00e4rmen till ganska l\u00e5g, lyft med en spatel eller gaffel i kanten och mitt i omeletten s\u00e5 att \u00e4ggsmet rinner ner i botten och det stelnade kommer upp. N\u00e4r du gjort det h\u00e4r ett tag och omeletten b\u00f6rjar s\u00e4tta sig l\u00e4gger du p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5ter den steka f\u00e4rdigt. Den ska precis ha stelnat p\u00e5 ytan eller fortfarande vara lite l\u00f6s om du gillar det, krydda med \u00f6rtsalt, peppar och paprikapulver.
