Str\u00f6 de halverade tomaterna \u00f6ver. Hyvla parmesanen men spara den \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. Rosta pinjen\u00f6tterna l\u00e4tt, inte riktigt s\u00e5 mycket som de i bilden \u00e4r rostade &#8211; de f\u00e5r l\u00e4tt en besk ton om de rostas f\u00f6r mycket medan en l\u00e4tt rostning bara f\u00f6rh\u00f6jer den angen\u00e4ma n\u00f6tiga smaken. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Stek k\u00f6ttet skuret i strimlor hastigt i het panna med olja, eventuellt med en klick sm\u00f6r. Krydda med salt och peppar. Den som vill har \u00e4ven lite \u00f6rter och en vitl\u00f6ksklyfta med vid stekningen f\u00f6r extra smak &#8211; jag \u00e4r mycket f\u00f6rtjust i det.
