H\u00e4ll det heta spadet \u00f6ver fisken. St\u00e4ll in i ugn som v\u00e4rmts till 175 grader i 5-10 minuter, ta ut formen och l\u00e5t laxen svalna i spadet. S\u00e5 h\u00e4r l\u00e5ngt kan du f\u00f6rbereda redan n\u00e5gon dag innan. Herbamare &nbsp;eller Trocomare \u00f6rtsalt)<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n<p>4-6 msk olivolja<\/p>\n<p>1 liter cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche (eller m\u00f6jligtvis gr\u00e4ddfil, men jag tycker det blir godare med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eechen)<\/p>\n<p>2 dl majonn\u00e4s (inte l\u00e4ttmajonn\u00e4s!)<\/p>\n<p>3-4 dl inlagd sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sgurka, hackad<\/p>\n<p>3-4 dl f\u00e4rsk gurka, hackad (om den \u00e4r fin beh\u00f6ver du inte skala den)<\/p>\n<p>ev. finklippt dill<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>S\u00e5sen kan f\u00f6rberedas till och med att den f\u00e4rska gurkan ska l\u00e4ggas i \u2013 blir b\u00e4ttre att l\u00e4gga i den lite n\u00e4rmare serveringen.<\/p>\n<p>B\u00f6rja med att r\u00f6ra ihop dijonsenapen med vin\u00e4gern, salt, peppar, italiensk salladskrydda eller \u00f6rtsalt samt r\u00e5socker. R\u00f6r i olivoljan. Blanda med cr\u00e8me fra\u00eeche och majonn\u00e4s. R\u00f6r i den hackade sm\u00f6rg\u00e5sgurkan och den hackade f\u00e4rska gurkan.
