Det \u00e4r mina barn som kallar den f\u00f6r japansk lax, den har i vart fall asiatiska smaker och \u00e4r en riktig favorit. Den g\u00e5r att f\u00f6rbereda s\u00e5 den st\u00e5r och marineras i sin lag f\u00f6r att gr\u00e4ddas i ugnen precis innan den st\u00e4lls fram p\u00e5 bordet.<\/h3>\n<p>Jag m\u00e5ste ordna nya foton p\u00e5 den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten! Av n\u00e5gon anledning ser den s\u00e4llsynt tr\u00e5kig ut p\u00e5 de h\u00e4r bilderna, men l\u00e5t dem inte f\u00f6rleda dig &#8211; provlaga r\u00e4tten s\u00e5 blir du s\u00e4kerligen lika f\u00e4st vid den som jag!<\/p>\n<h4><em>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 10 personer:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>1\u00bd kg laxfil\u00e9, skinnfri<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl saft fr\u00e5n citron och lime, och det finrivna skalet<\/p>\n<p>1 dl soya (helst Kikkoman japansk soya)<\/p>\n<p>gr\u00f6n tabasco, ca 10 st\u00e4nk<\/p>\n<p>6-8 cm ingef\u00e4ra, riven<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna \u00f6rtsalt med alger och\/eller citron<\/p>\n<h4><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/h4>\n<p>Blanda ingredienserna till marinaden. Sk\u00e4r laxen i kuber p\u00e5 ca 2&#215;2 cm. H\u00e4ll marinaden \u00f6ver laxkuberna i en ugnsfast form. L\u00e5t laxbitarna marineras tills det \u00e4r dags att st\u00e4lla in i ugnen. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i 5-10 minuter. Jag tycker att laxen \u00e4r b\u00e4st n\u00e4r den \u00e4r lite \u201dsashimi-aktig\u201d, d.v.s. lite r\u00e5 i mitten, f\u00f6r att inte bli torr, seg och tr\u00e5kig.
