I avsaknad av det anv\u00e4nde vi en stavmixerbunke med lock (som inte sl\u00f6t s\u00e4rskilt t\u00e4tt) samt en hederlig ganska liten k\u00f6kssil. D\u00e4rut\u00f6ver beh\u00f6vs en muddler, som \u00e4r som en stav med gummi eller tr\u00e4 nederst som man kan mosa b\u00e4ren med s\u00e5 att saften kommer ut. (se bilden) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 drinkar: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>16 cl vodka<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 &#8211; 1\/2 dl frysta eller f\u00e4rska hallon &#8211; spara g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra till dekorering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>12 cl sockerlag <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>8 cl citronjuice <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>prosecco att toppa upp glasen med<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>is till mixningen och att kyla glasen (men drinken serveras helst utan is)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. en bit citronskal (v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttat s\u00e5klart) att squeeza till \u00f6ver drinken och l\u00e4gga h\u00f6gst upp<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ta fram drinkglas, g\u00e4rna martiniglas. L\u00e4gg is i dem s\u00e5 de kyls ordentligt medan du g\u00f6r resten. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg b\u00e4ren i en shaker (eller vad du anv\u00e4nder f\u00f6r k\u00e4rl i st\u00e4llet), krossa dem med muddlern, tills\u00e4tt sockerlag och forts\u00e4tt mosa b\u00e4ren ett litet tag. Tills\u00e4tt vodkan och citronjuicen. L\u00e4gg i en n\u00e4ve is ocks\u00e5. S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 locket p\u00e5 shakern och skaka shakern ordentligt s\u00e5 allt blandas. Med hj\u00e4lp av strainern h\u00e4ller du sedan drinken i de fyra glasen som du f\u00f6rst t\u00f6mt p\u00e5 is. Toppa upp med prosecco och dekorera med &#8221;en twist of lemon&#8221; vilket betyder att du tar den lilla skalbiten du skurit av med till exempel en potatisskalare, nyper till den \u00f6ver drinken och l\u00e4gger den h\u00f6gst upp p\u00e5 den.
