S\u00e5 fort den kommer i s\u00e4song jagar jag efter den &#8211; hos min f\u00f6r\u00e4ldrars grannar d\u00e4r den v\u00e4xer ymnigt och \u00e4ven fr\u00e5n aff\u00e4rer n\u00e4r den dyker upp d\u00e4r. Sedan blir det raesl\u00f6ksfest!<\/strong> <strong>Framf\u00f6r allt omvandlas en hel del till ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8me<\/strong> <strong>eller ramsl\u00f6kspesto<\/strong> <strong>&#8211; den senare har parmesan i sig, annars \u00e4r de lika &#8211; som jag fryser in f\u00f6r att kunna njuta denna delikata r\u00e5vara \u00e4ven under andra tider p\u00e5 \u00e5ret. En kr\u00e4mig klorofyllgr\u00f6n ramsl\u00f6ksrisotto g\u00e5r inte av f\u00f6r hackor! Men h\u00e4r blir det pasta, i det h\u00e4r fallet spaghetti, som blandats nykokt al denne med den gr\u00f6na peston eller cr\u00e8men<\/strong> <strong>f\u00f6r en s\u00e4llsynt l\u00e4tt- och snabblagad m\u00e5ltid! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak &#8211; ber\u00e4kna \u00e5tminstone 100 gram pasta per person<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ca 1 dl, g\u00e4rna lite mer, ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8me eller ramsl\u00f6kspesto<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>riven parmesan (har du anv\u00e4nt ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8me tar du bara mer av parmesanen och blandar i kastrullen) &#8211; se till att ha \u00e4ven till serveringen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka pastan i rikligt med saltat vatten s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r perfekt al dente. H\u00e4ll av den i durkslag.
