Det skulle m\u00f6jligtvis vara en glass p\u00e5 smultron eller rabarber. H\u00e4r har jag skapat lite sommark\u00e4nsla mitt i vintern med hj\u00e4lp av frysta jordgubbar. N\u00e4r de f\u00e4rska kommer v\u00e4ljer jag nog att g\u00f6ra sorbet p\u00e5 dem f\u00f6r den d\u00e4r underbart koncentrerade oemotst\u00e5ndliga jordgubbssmaken. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Till skillnad fr\u00e5n det tidigare publicerade receptet p\u00e5 snabb jordgubbsglass som bara k\u00f6rs i mixer med frysta b\u00e4r, socker och gr\u00e4dde kokar jag h\u00e4r de frysta jordgubbarna med socker f\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa sockret helt. Det blir mer som en italiensk glass, eftersom den inte inneh\u00e5ller n\u00e5gra \u00e4ggulor och man inte beh\u00f6ver b\u00f6rja med att koka en cr\u00e8me anglaise som bas. Drag av kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e5t svalna. Visa med mj\u00f6lk tills du f\u00e5tt en bra konsistens. Tills\u00e4tt gr\u00e4dden p\u00e5 slutet och eventuellt lite vanilj om du vill. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver n\u00e5gra droppar citron, kan vara bra f\u00f6r syran. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>St\u00e4ll smeten i kylsk\u00e5pet s\u00e5 den blir helt kall innan du h\u00e4ller den i glassmaskinen. Servera den nyslungade glassen direkt, g\u00e4rna i sk\u00e5lar som du kylt i frysen innan. Annars l\u00e4gger du in den i en bunke med lock i frysen. Den h\u00e5ller gott och v\u00e4l n\u00e5gra veckor.
