Gulor och vitor ska g\u00e5 ihop men inte f\u00f6rlora sin viskositet, d\u00e5 blir det \u00e4ggr\u00f6ra och en omelett ska ju h\u00e5lla ihop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Tag fram en stor bra stekpanna. Gnid den med vitl\u00f6kshalvorna och l\u00e4gg i dem med snittytan ner. Tills\u00e4tt olja och sm\u00f6r, l\u00e5t pannan hettas upp p\u00e5 ganska h\u00f6g v\u00e4rme tills sm\u00f6ret sm\u00e4lt. L\u00e4gg i spenaten och v\u00e4nd runt s\u00e5 att den sm\u00e4lter ner i v\u00e4rmen. Lyft bort vitl\u00f6kshalvorna. Salta, peppra och krydda med \u00f6rterna. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 \u00e4ggsmeten och drag omedelbart ner v\u00e4rmen till ganska l\u00e5g. Lyft f\u00f6rsiktigt omeletten i kanterna och lite i mitten s\u00e5 att den l\u00f6sa smeten \u00e5ker ner till botten. Smula ch\u00e8vren \u00f6ver. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 ett lock och l\u00e5t din frittata st\u00e5 \u00f6ver l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den stelnat helt. Man kan st\u00e4lla in den i ugnen i ca 150-170 grader ett tag om man har en panna som klarar det men jag tycker det fungerar utm\u00e4rkt att l\u00e5ta den steka klart i pannan med lock \u00f6ver.
