Nu blir det inte alltid s\u00e5 i mitt k\u00f6k, men h\u00e4r bland recepten \u00e4r det oftast s\u00e5. En tisdag n\u00e4r vi fick ov\u00e4ntat bes\u00f6k kom den h\u00e4r r\u00e4tten till p\u00e5 det som skafferi och kylsk\u00e5p hade att bjuda &#8211; och fick f\u00f6ljaktligen namnet tisdagspasta. Mycket l\u00e4ttlagat<\/strong> <strong>med h\u00e4rliga smaker \u00e4r det en ny favorit. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Vi anv\u00e4nde linguine men ta den pasta du har hemma och k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 paket bacon, strimlat<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500-600 gram f\u00e4rska tomater, hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 burk kapris inlagd i salt, sk\u00f6ljd<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsk torkade \u00f6rter, g\u00e4rna Herbes de Provence eller timjan, oregano m.m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 kryddm\u00e5tt Espelette-chili eller annan aromatisk chili (ta lite i taget om den \u00e4r stark)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">det finrivna skalet av en citron, v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">n\u00e5gra msk olivolja att steka i<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ev. 1-2 msk tomatpur\u00e9 <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500 gram pasta efter tycke, smak och tillg\u00e5ng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">nyriven parmesan till servering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-32520\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/fullsizeoutput_37f7-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Blanda pastas\u00e5sen med din nykokta al dente-pasta, toppa med parmesan och servera! <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">S\u00e4tt p\u00e5 pastavattnet och ta fram den pasta du valt. Medan vattnet kokar upp g\u00f6r du s\u00e5sen: Stek bacon s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r fin f\u00e4rg, tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken och dra ner v\u00e4rmen lite medan den steks mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt tomaterna och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen lite, l\u00e5t puttra ett tag, krydda med \u00f6rter och chili samt citronskal. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven det vita vinet samt tomatpur\u00e9n och l\u00e5t puttra ett tag innan du drar ner v\u00e4rmen och h\u00e4ller i din avsk\u00f6ljda kapris och l\u00e5ter s\u00e5sen st\u00e5 och sm\u00e5puttra medan du kokar pastan al dente i rikligt med rej\u00e4lt saltat vatten.
