H\u00e4r har pulvret f\u00e5 ge mild smak till spr\u00f6da m\u00f6rdegskakor som dessutom \u00e4r glutenfria! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Om du inte har yuzupulver kan du smaks\u00e4tta kakorna med t.ex. hallonpulver, passionsfruktspulver, havtornspulver. Jag kan \u00e4ven t\u00e4nka mig att det skulle vara fantastiskt gott med rabarberpulver, men vet int eom det finns. Man skulle kunna tillverka det av remsorna n\u00e4r man skalat rabarber om man l\u00e5ter de torka i l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i ugn f\u00f6r att d\u00e4refter mala dem till pulver &#8211; det skulle nog bli mycket gott och vara v\u00e4ldigt anv\u00e4ndbart till en massa godsaker! Tills\u00e4tt yuzupulnret ocks\u00e5. R\u00f6r ner \u00e4ggvitan lite i taget med en elvisp och blanda tills du har en j\u00e4mn smet. Tills\u00e4tt potatispulvret och blanda ihop med en slev. L\u00e5t degen vila ett tag. Rulla degen till l\u00e5nga j\u00e4mnar rullar som du lindar in i plast och l\u00e4gger in i kylen. N\u00e4r de vilat s\u00e5 de blivit stela tar du bort plasten och rusar dem i yuzupulver innan du skivar dem. L\u00e4gg skivorna p\u00e5 pl\u00e5t med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Gr\u00e4dda i 175 grader i ca 20 minuter, men passa s\u00e5 de inte blir f\u00f6r m\u00f6rka. De ska bara precis f\u00e5 l\u00e4tt gyllene f\u00e4rg och bli frasiga. Tag bort bakpl\u00e5tspappret fr\u00e5n den varma pl\u00e5ten och l\u00e4gg kakorna p\u00e5 ett galler att svalna s\u00e5 snart du kan ta i dem utan att br\u00e4nna dig. L\u00e4gg de avsvalnade kakorna i en burk med t\u00e4ttslutande lock. M\u00f6rdegskakor h\u00e5ller ganska l\u00e4nge p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset.
