V\u00e5rgr\u00f6nt och fr\u00e4scht t\u00e4nkte jag &#8211; och s\u00e5 kom jag p\u00e5 att g\u00f6ra en r\u00f6ra p\u00e5 gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor. Frysta \u00e4rtor kokas hastigt i vatten med en klick sm\u00f6r och f\u00e5r svalna innan de mixas med f\u00e4rsk ramsl\u00f6k, mynta, citron, en aning espelette-chili, f\u00e4rsk ch\u00e8vre samt lite citronolivolja<\/strong> <strong>till en<\/strong> <strong>fluffig r\u00f6ra med h\u00e4rliga smaker som serverades p\u00e5 crostini med en skiva rosa r\u00e4disa f\u00f6r extra v\u00e5rk\u00e4nsla. L\u00e5t vattnet koka upp igen och h\u00e4ll d\u00e4refter av \u00e4rtorna i ett durkslag. L\u00e5t de svalna av innan du l\u00e4gger dem i en matberedare f\u00f6r att mixas med \u00f6vriga ingredienser. Smaka av, tills\u00e4tt lite mer av citron, chili, ch\u00e8vre, ramsl\u00f6k, olivolja, \u00f6rtsalt efter tycke och smak men t\u00e4nk som sagt p\u00e5 att br\u00f6det tar bort en del av smaken. N\u00e4r du mixat din r\u00f6ra fluffig och god h\u00e4ller du upp den i en sk\u00e5l och l\u00e5ter den st\u00e5 till servering. R\u00f6ran g\u00e5r utm\u00e4rkt att f\u00f6rvara i kylen i en bruk med lock eller med plast \u00f6ver, fast ramsl\u00f6ken kan d\u00e5 ge smak \u00e5t annat i kylen varf\u00f6r jag f\u00f6redrar en burk med t\u00e4ttslutande lock.
