Det \u00e4r precis vad det \u00e4r &#8211; rester jag hade kvar i kylen som beh\u00f6vde anv\u00e4ndas, l\u00e5t vara fortfarande r\u00e5a men icke desto mindre rester i form av halvledsna paprikor, potatisar och tomater. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Paprikorna och tomaterna rostades p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t tillsammans med n\u00e5gra vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och schalottenl\u00f6kar, varefter paprikorna skalades och resten fick baka lite l\u00e4ngre p\u00e5 l\u00e4gre v\u00e4rme. Schalottenl\u00f6ken hackades sedan och fr\u00e4stes i sm\u00f6r och olja \u00f6ver l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme innan resten samt potatis tillsattes. P\u00e5 med gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong och l\u00e5t det koka tills allt \u00e4r mjukt, mixa och servera din ljuvliga vackert f\u00e4rgade soppa full av h\u00e4rliga smaker. L\u00e4gg \u00e4ven schalottenl\u00f6ken i halvor med skalsidan upp samt hela vitl\u00f6ksklyftor och tomaterna i halvor med skalsidan upp p\u00e5 pl\u00e5ten. St\u00e4ll in i ugnen under grillelement med varmluftsugn om du har det, p\u00e5 220 grader tills skalen p\u00e5 paprikorna blivit svarta och bubbliga. Tag d\u00e5 ut pl\u00e5ten och lyft bort paprikorna med en k\u00f6kst\u00e5ng, l\u00e4gg dem i en rostfri bunke och sp\u00e4nn plast \u00f6ver. L\u00e5t bunken st\u00e5 i cirka 20 minuter innan du skalar dem. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis \u00e5ngas de ett tag s\u00e5 att skalen sl\u00e4pper mycket l\u00e4ttare och bara \u00e4r att dra av. Under tiden st\u00e4ller du tillbaka \u00f6vriga gr\u00f6nsaker i ugnen som du vrider ner till 175 grader och l\u00e5ter dem baka ett tag till s\u00e5 vitl\u00f6ken blir mjuk och de rostade smakerna frig\u00f6rs. Skala samtidigt potatisen och sk\u00e4r den i bitar. Fr\u00e4s den andra m\u00e4ngden schalottenl\u00f6k \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i sm\u00f6r och olja med lite salt s\u00e5 att den blir helt mjuk och mj\u00e4ll i smaken. Tills\u00e4tt sedan alla \u00f6vriga ingredienser inklusive den skalade paprikan skuren i bitar och buljongen. L\u00e5t koka tills potatisbitarna \u00e4r mjuka. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t, smaka av och servera. Dekorerationen g\u00f6r jag mer avancerad n\u00e4r soppan serveras som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt p\u00e5 en festligare middag, h\u00e4r var det en vardagsmiddag.
