Vad du \u00e4n v\u00e4ljer att kalla detta smuliga <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 600\">crunch<\/span><strong> s\u00e5 \u00e4r det b\u00e5de l\u00e4ttlagat och gott &#8211; och d\u00e4rtill glutenfritt. Det passar utm\u00e4rkt att servera till glass eller andra efterr\u00e4tter som mousser med b\u00e4r d\u00e4r du vill f\u00e5 till lite extra knaprigt mums i anr\u00e4ttningen. Tills\u00e4tt sm\u00f6r i bitar eller klickar och sirap. K\u00f6r ett tag till tills degen precis g\u00e5r ihop men fortfarande g\u00e4rna smular sig. Den f\u00e5r inte vara f\u00f6r homogen, d\u00e5 tar du i mer havregryn. Smula ut degen \u00f6ver bak\u00e5l\u00e5tskl\u00e4dd pl\u00e5t och gr\u00e4dda i ugnen p\u00e5 175 grader i ca 10-20 minuter, passa s\u00e5 det inte br\u00e4nns! Mitt smul hade nog en aning mycket sm\u00f6r i sig, men det blev gott och frasigt \u00e4nd\u00e5 fast rann ut lite mer \u00e4n jag brukar vilja ha det. L\u00e5t smulet svalna helt och smula det sedan ner i en bunke med lock.
