Ja, inte sj\u00e4lva sifonen som koncept, den har v\u00e4l funnits sedan \u00e5tminstone 1800-talet och brukar laddas med kolsyrepatroner f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 bubbliga drycker. Men det h\u00e4r \u00e4r n\u00e5got annat &#8211; h\u00e4r \u00e4r det N2O, dvs di-natriumoxid, \u00e4ven k\u00e4nt som lustgas, som reagerar med proteinerna i det du stoppat i sifonen och bildar ett otroligt fluffigt skum som g\u00f6r att smakerna framtr\u00e4der mot v\u00e5ra tungor. Och mer experiment ska det bli!
