Vi kokade marmelad och mumsade dem i l\u00e5nga banor \u2013 bland annat p\u00e5 det h\u00e4r viset. Det blir verkligen oerh\u00f6rt gott! M\u00e5ste pr\u00f6vas! Vaniljgr\u00e4dde eller kaniljgr\u00e4dde \u00e4r det perfekta komplementet, alternativt vaniljglass. \u00c4ven persikor eller aprikoser anv\u00e4nder jag p\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt, aprikoserna beh\u00f6ver liksom plommonen lite mer socker \u00e4n de andra frukterna, men blir ljuvligt goda.<\/h3>\n<p>Den h\u00e4r underbara efterr\u00e4tten kan \u00e4ven g\u00f6ras i ugnen i en ugnsform. Tag loss k\u00e4rnan. L\u00e4gg folie i dubbla lager, sm\u00f6ra i mitten d\u00e4r plommon ska l\u00e4ggas. Du kan g\u00f6ra ett stort paket eller flera sm\u00e5. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 en h\u00f6g plommon p\u00e5 varje foliepaket. Vik upp kanterna p\u00e5 folien s\u00e5 blir ett litet paket, men st\u00e4ng inte \u00e4nnu. Riv \u00f6ver citronskal, str\u00f6 \u00f6ver \u00e4kta vanilj eller l\u00e4gg i n\u00e5gra ituskurna bitar vaniljst\u00e5ng, h\u00e4ll p\u00e5 r\u00e5socker och str\u00f6 \u00f6ver mald kanel. Jag tycker det blir b\u00e5de gott och extra h\u00e4rlig s\u00e5s av en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin, men det kan uteslutas. Alkoholen blir dock inte kvar efter kokningen p\u00e5 grillen, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r ingen fara f\u00f6r barn eller vuxna som inte vill f\u00e5 i sig alkohol. Klicka \u00f6ver sm\u00f6r och st\u00e4ng ihop foliepaketet. L\u00e4gg p\u00e5 grillen efter att du grillat maten, medan ni \u00e4ter. Grilla g\u00e4rna med indirekt v\u00e4rme under lock s\u00e5 inte riskerar att br\u00e4nnas. Servera direkt med gr\u00e4dde smaksatt med vanilj eller med b\u00e5de vanilj och kanel \u2013 som mina barn kallar kaniljgr\u00e4dde. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven mycket gott med konjaksgr\u00e4dde &#8211; r\u00f6r ner en skv\u00e4tt konjak i den l\u00f6svispade gr\u00e4dden. Den som hellre vill ha glass till tar det, men de h\u00e4r plommonen \u00e4r s\u00e5 goda bara p\u00e5 egen hand ocks\u00e5.
