De fick sl\u00e5 f\u00f6lje i en kastrull med linser, ingef\u00e4ra och underbara aromatiska kryddor till en mustig soppa med sp\u00e4nnande smaker. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00e5r alldeles utm\u00e4rkt att byta ut gr\u00f6nsakerna mot andra som du r\u00e5kar ha hemma samt \u00f6ka eller minska m\u00e4ngden p\u00e5 en del &#8211; laborera helt enkelt utifr\u00e5n vad kylsk\u00e5pet eller frysen bjuder och hur andan faller p\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag har inte gjort n\u00e5gra m\u00e4ngdangivelser, se till att du sammantaget har \u00e5tminstone 600-700 gram gr\u00f6nsaker och 1 -1 1\/2 liter vatten. Du kan alltid sp\u00e4da med mer buljong p\u00e5 slutet om du tycker soppan \u00e4r f\u00f6r tjock. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mor\u00f6tter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Palsternackor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Persiljer\u00f6tter<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>R\u00f6dbetor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 dl r\u00f6da eller gula linser (torkade eller fr\u00e5n konservf\u00f6rpackning) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 cm f\u00e4rsk ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och skuren i bitar eller skivor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. 1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och delade i halvor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade eller strimlade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 tsk paprikapulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 tsk mald koriander<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. 1 tsk gurkmeja (en del s\u00e4ger det \u00e4r mycket nyttigt) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>lite chili, f\u00e4rsk eller torkad i pulver eller flingor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak (jag tar g\u00e4rna Herbes de Provence eller franska \u00f6rter) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>det finrivna skalet av en citron, v\u00e4l tv\u00e4ttad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>saften av en citron (tills\u00e4tter du precis p\u00e5 slutet innan servering) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rsk koriander, persilja och\/eller k\u00f6rvel till servering<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>olivolja och g\u00e4rna en sm\u00f6rklick till att steka l\u00f6ken<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>gr\u00f6nsaksbuljong av god kvalitet och smak (jag v\u00e4ljer s\u00e5dan utan glutamat)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fr\u00e4s l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i olja och sm\u00f6r tills l\u00f6ken mjuknat och det doftar ljuvligt i ditt k\u00f6k. Tills\u00e4tt alla kryddor och l\u00e5t dem steka med ett tag, tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven tomatpur\u00e9n och l\u00e5t \u00e4ven den steka med f\u00f6r att frig\u00f6ra smakerna. Tills\u00e4tt citronskalet och buljongen samt gr\u00f6nsakerna och linserna. L\u00e5t koka under lock s\u00e5 att det sjuder utan att koka \u00f6ver. N\u00e4r gr\u00f6nsakerna \u00e4r helt mjuka och linserna kokat s\u00f6nder \u00e4r soppan f\u00e4rdig att mixas. Mixa den sl\u00e4t med stavmixer eller i en bra blender. H\u00e4ll tillbaka soppan i kastrull och smaka av med salt, peppar, mer kryddor &#8211; och citronsaften!
