D\u00e5 beh\u00f6ver du inte heller sila den, vilket i \u00e4rlighetens namn \u00e4r lite jobbigt. Mixa f\u00f6rst ihop \u00e4gg, \u00e4ggulor och dijon samt vin\u00e4ger s\u00e5 att det blir aningen fluffigt. Smaks\u00e4tt med \u00f6vriga ingredienser och vispa f\u00f6rsiktigt droppvis i oljan. P\u00e5 slutet vispar du i ramsl\u00f6kscr\u00e8men. Om du ska g\u00f6ra fluff i gr\u00e4ddsifonen \u00e4r det oerh\u00f6rt viktigt att du silar majonn\u00e4sen ordentligt genom en sil fr\u00e5n samma tillverkare som sifonen. Bitar kan annars t\u00e4ppa till sifonen s\u00e5 den exploderar av sitt h\u00f6ga inre tryck! Varsamhet ska alltid iakttagas n\u00e4r man hanterar en sifon eller andra saker som \u00e4r h\u00f6gt trycksatta! Jag har en sil med tratt fr\u00e5n ISI som g\u00f6r att jag ganska l\u00e4tt kan trycka igenom majonn\u00e4sen direkt ner i sifonen. K\u00f6r i en eller tv\u00e5 gaspatroner (N2O-patroner). Skaka ordentligt och st\u00e4ll sifonen kallt tills det \u00e4r dags att servera. Tag fram sifonen ett tag innan s\u00e5 att majonn\u00e4sen inte \u00e4r s\u00e5 kall.
