Just nu har vi v\u00e4rmeb\u00f6lja, canicule p\u00e5 franska. Det \u00e4r n\u00e4rmare 40 grader och v\u00e4ldigt tung fuktig luft ute. N\u00e4r vi kom hit var det uppenbarligen purjol\u00f6k och gr\u00f6na \u00e4rtor. Nu har det bland annat varit r\u00e4disor, gurka och zucchini samt allas v\u00e5ra sommarkantareller, girolles p\u00e5 franska, som de g\u00e4rna serverar till fisk(!). Allt kommer tidigare h\u00e4r och sommaren varar l\u00e4ngre. De gillar ocks\u00e5 att dekorera med blommor, till och med gurk\u00f6rt. Burrata verkar ha blivit en modegrej liksom olikf\u00e4rgade tomater i olika storlekar.
