Utan sedvanliga turister gav det en s\u00e4rdeles fransk k\u00e4nsla med en italiensk touche.  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>N\u00e4r det blev<\/strong> <strong>uteg\u00e5ngsf\u00f6rbud efter kl 21.00 gick vi ut och \u00e5t tidigare. Men nu har allt st\u00e4ngt, \u00e4ven om en del restauranger f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rs\u00f6ka klara sig genom sv\u00e5righeterna nu b\u00f6rjar med h\u00e4mtmat dagtid. D\u00e5 blir det mer matlagning i Katinkas Paris Kitchen! Ibland blir det faktiskt bara lite sallad och tomater med en bit ost och baguette, men \u00e4ven omeletter, pasta och annat. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>H\u00e4r \u00e4r en pasta med tonfisk och oliver som \u00e4r l\u00e4ttlagad, mustig och god. S\u00e5sen kan \u00e4ven serveras till ris eller quinoa. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33025\" style=\"width:384px;height:512px\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2387-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/strong><\/em><strong>  <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 schalottenl\u00f6kar eller 1 gul l\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och finhackade <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 burkar tonfisk av god kvalitet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ev. n\u00e5gra sardellfil\u00e9er (g\u00e4rna de som ligger i olivolja)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2-3 msk tomatpur\u00e9<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 burkar konserverade hackade tomater eller passata av god kvalitet <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">oliver, urk\u00e4rnade och skivade eller halverade &#8211; jag anv\u00e4nde b\u00e5de gr\u00f6na och svarta oliver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 tsk herbes de Provence eller blandade \u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g\u00e4rna lite torkad chili, jag tog 1 kryddm\u00e5tt espelettechili (en underbar aromatisk sydfransk chilisort!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">nymald svartpeppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">en rej\u00e4l skv\u00e4tt olivolja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stek l\u00f6ken i olivoljan \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme i en stor stekpanna, sauteuse eller wokpanna. Tills\u00e4tt vitl\u00f6ken och stek \u00e4ven den mjuk och glansig utan att ta f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg, d\u00e5 blir l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k besk i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r mild och ljuvlig. Tills\u00e4tt sardellfil\u00e9erna samt tomatpur\u00e9n och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen n\u00e5got s\u00e5 att den steks innan du h\u00e4ller p\u00e5 tomatburkarna. Sardellfil\u00e9erna l\u00f6ses upp och beh\u00f6ver inte hackas innan de tills\u00e4tts. Om man vill kan man \u00e4ven tills\u00e4tta lite pressad citron eller en skv\u00e4tt vitt vin innan tomatburkarna h\u00e4lls i. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven de skivade oliverna och tonfisken samt kryddorna. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen puttra, smaka av. Kanske beh\u00f6ver du lite salt, men eftersom b\u00e5de sardeller och oliver har ganska h\u00f6g s\u00e4lta brukar det inte beh\u00f6vas. L\u00e5t som sagt s\u00e5sen puttra ihop innan du smakar av. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koka pastan i rikligt med v\u00e4l saltat vatten s\u00e5 att den blir perfekt al dente, med en h\u00e5rd k\u00e4rna i mitten. N\u00e4r pastan serveras med en s\u00e5s som h\u00e4r forts\u00e4tter den dessutom att mjukna n\u00e4r du blandar ner den i s\u00e5sen.
