Jag f\u00f6redrar att smaks\u00e4tta den med just rosmarin, men timjan eller annan \u00f6rtkrydda g\u00e5r lika bra. Flingsalt eller sel de Camargue (kornigt delikat havssalt fr\u00e5n s\u00f6dra Frankrike) och lite peppar st\u00e5r f\u00f6r resten av smaken. Anv\u00e4nd en god potatissort. Om jag f\u00e5r tag p\u00e5 den r\u00f6dskaliga Asterixpotatisen anv\u00e4nder jag g\u00e4rna den \u2013 den har en h\u00e4rlig lite sm\u00f6rig smak och en konsistens som g\u00f6r sig v\u00e4ldigt v\u00e4l till ugnsrostning.<\/p>\n<p>Potatisar \u2013 g\u00e4rna med skalet kvar, tv\u00e4ttade, torkade och delade l\u00e4ngs med i halvor \u2013 torka \u00e4ven snittytan!<\/p>\n<p>Olivolja<\/p>\n<p>Rosmarin \u2013 f\u00e4rsk eller torkad (h\u00e4r funkar den faktiskt riktigt bra!)<\/p>\n<p>Flingsalt, fleur de sel eller sel de camargue<\/p>\n<p>Nymald peppar<\/p>\n<p>L\u00e4gg de avtorkade potatishalvorna i ugnsformen och h\u00e4ll olivolja \u00f6ver, rulla runt halvorna och doppa snittytan i oljan s\u00e5 de har ett lager olja d\u00e4r. Alternativt kan du pensla p\u00e5 oljan, men jag gillar att anv\u00e4nda h\u00e4nderna i maten \u2013 dessutom \u00e4r olivoljan s\u00e5 v\u00e4lg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r huden. Str\u00f6 rosmarin, salt och lite peppar \u00f6ver. St\u00e4ll in i mitten av elektrisk ugn, h\u00f6gst upp i gasugn, i 200 grader och l\u00e5t baka tills potatisarna blivit mjuka och tagit f\u00e4rg.
