H\u00e4r har jag valt att testa att g\u00f6ra en glass p\u00e5 dem, vilket blev mycket lyckat.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 6-8 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>600 gram svarta vinb\u00e4r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 dl socker, g\u00e4rna finkornigt r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3\/4 dl glykos (bidrar till kr\u00e4mighet och motverkar iskristaller i glassen) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 1\/2 dl vatten<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka upp de frysta vinb\u00e4ren \u00f6ver medelh\u00f6g v\u00e4rme med socker, vatten och glykos. N\u00e4r sockret sm\u00e4lt och det precis b\u00f6rjar puttra tar du kastrullen av v\u00e4rmen och st\u00e4ller b\u00e4ren att svalna. N\u00e4r de svalnat k\u00f6r du dem i mixer. Sedan kan man v\u00e4lja ifall man vill sila av fr\u00f6na eller inte. Jag experimenterade d\u00e5 jag hade ganska mycket svarta vinb\u00e4r &#8211; h\u00e4lften silade jag inte av medan andra halvan silades av. Jag f\u00f6redrar den som var avsilad f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 en sl\u00e4tare glass, som d\u00e5 ocks\u00e5 inte \u00e4r riktigt lika fr\u00e4n i smaken d\u00e5 fr\u00f6na har en del stark smak. Men det \u00e4r en smaksak. Fr\u00f6na anv\u00e4nds med f\u00f6rdel i yoghurt eller liknande till frukost &#8211; nyttigt och gott.
