Jag lade i mor\u00f6tter, palsternackor, gulbetor och r\u00f6dbetor och kryddade upp med riven ingef\u00e4ra och lite mer citron samt espelettechili. P\u00e5 slutet tills\u00e4tter du den smaks\u00e4ttning du valt s\u00e5som ingef\u00e4ra, citron, chili, salt och peppar. Lyft upp ifall det ligger citrongr\u00e4s och limeblad i buljongen. Mixa gr\u00f6nsakerna med buljongen s\u00e5 du f\u00e5r en sl\u00e4t fin soppa. H\u00e4ll tillbaka i kastrullen, smaka av.
