Man kan \u00e4ven smaks\u00e4tta karamellen med andra saker, s\u00e5som nypon, hallon eller vad man k\u00e4nner f\u00f6r. Om du anv\u00e4nder pulver som smaks\u00e4ttning beh\u00f6ver karamellen vara l\u00f6sare \u00e4n n\u00e4r du anv\u00e4nder saft av citron eller som h\u00e4r apelsin. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e4rm eventuellt upp karamellen lite innan servering ifall du f\u00f6rvarat den i kylen. P\u00e5 bilden har jag serverat karamellen kall \u00f6ver glassen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em> Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 6 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 dl socker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3-4 msk nypressad apelsinsaft (jag anv\u00e4nde blodapelsin som har ganska h\u00f6g syra, men man kan t\u00e4nkas tills\u00e4tta aning citron f\u00f6r att h\u00f6ja syran)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>lite finrivet apelsinskal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ytterligare 1 msk apelsinsaft p\u00e5 slutet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 msk rumsvarmt sm\u00f6r<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg socker och citrussaft i en kastrull tillsammans med det finrivna skalet och l\u00e5t koka tills du har f\u00e5tt en karamell. Tag kulprov eller m\u00e4t temperaturen som ska vara ca 170-180 grader. Jag brukar n\u00f6ja mig med hur konsistensen \u00e4r eftersom jag inte vill att den ska bli f\u00f6r kola-aktig utan kunna h\u00e4llas p\u00e5 den efterr\u00e4tt jag vill servera den till. N\u00e4r s\u00e5sen \u00e4r klar tills\u00e4tter jag g\u00e4rna lite f\u00e4rsk citrussaft f\u00f6r extra syra och smak. F\u00f6rvara i en glasburk i kylen s\u00e5 h\u00e5ller den i m\u00e5nga veckor. Ringla \u00f6ver vaniljglass &#8211; eller n\u00e5gon annan efterr\u00e4tt.
