Jag f\u00f6redrar de i n\u00e4mnd ordning.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r ca 4 personer:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>4 kycklingfil\u00e9er eller ca 600-800 gram kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9er (g\u00f6r g\u00e4rna mycket &#8211; det brukar g\u00e5 \u00e5t!<\/p>\n<p><em>Till marinaden:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>4-5 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade<\/p>\n<p>5 cm ingef\u00e4ra, skalad och delad i bitar<\/p>\n<p>6 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade<\/p>\n<p>1- 2 r\u00f6da chilipeppar, kolla att det \u00e4r lite tryck i dem men sk\u00e4r g\u00e4rna bort venerna om du vill ha lite mildare<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk citronjuice<\/p>\n<p>3-4 msk soyas\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>1\/2-1 msk socker, helst palmsocker eller r\u00e5socker<\/p>\n<p>1 tsk malda korianderfr\u00f6n<\/p>\n<p>en knapp dl matolja<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f6r allt till marinaden utom oljan i mixer, tills\u00e4tt oljan, smaka av. Det \u00e4r viktigt att alla ingredienser och komponenter f\u00e5r s\u00e4ga sitt.<\/p>\n<p>Sk\u00e4r k\u00f6ttet i bitar, l\u00e4gg i marinaden s\u00e5 alla kycklingbitar \u00e4r t\u00e4ckta, l\u00e5t ligga i minst en halvtimme, upp till \u00f6ver natt.<\/p>\n<p>Tag upp k\u00f6ttbitarna och tr\u00e4 p\u00e5 tr\u00e4spett som legat i bl\u00f6t 30 minuter (f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta p\u00e5tr\u00e4dning samt ej ta eld). Grilla och passa s\u00e5 inte br\u00e4nns. Om det \u00e4r kycklingspett du g\u00f6r \u2013 stick en sticka i k\u00f6ttet och se s\u00e5 att saften som kommer ut \u00e4r klar \u2013 d\u00e5 \u00e4r k\u00f6ttet genomstekt. N\u00f6tk\u00f6tt kan g\u00e4rna vara lite mindre stekt f\u00f6r att inte bli torrt.<\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r gott att servera spetten som de \u00e4r med valfritt tillbeh\u00f6r. Det traditionella \u00e4r att servera satays\u00e5s p\u00e5 kokosmj\u00f6lk till. Det receptet kommer h\u00e4r:<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver:&nbsp;<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1-2 burkar kokosmj\u00f6lk<\/p>\n<p>ca 4-5 msk jordn\u00f6tssm\u00f6r, beroende p\u00e5 smak, pr\u00f6va fram<\/p>\n<p>ca 2 msk citronjuice<\/p>\n<p>1-2 tsk r\u00f6d currypaste, ta det f\u00f6rsiktigt, kan vara superhet!<\/p>\n<p>2-3 msk soyas\u00e5s, eller efter smak, pr\u00f6va!<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk socker, smaka dig fram<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>H\u00e4ll allt i en kastrull, vispa-r\u00f6r under upphettning, smaka av att balansen mellan starkt, salt, s\u00f6tt, surt \u00e4r bra. L\u00e5t sm\u00e5sjuda tills s\u00e5sen f\u00e5r en trevlig tjock konsistens och full smak &#8211; det brukar ta \u00e5tminstone 20 minuter s\u00e5 ha lite t\u00e5lamod och r\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6r mycket!
