Jag g\u00f6r g\u00e4rna en b\u00f6nsallad och de underbara grillade paprikorna till \u2013 och som alltid g\u00e4rna den f\u00e4rska l\u00f6ken bakad i folieknyte p\u00e5 grillen. V\u00e4lj dina tillbeh\u00f6r h\u00e4r bredvid p\u00e5 Katinkas Kitchen.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Till marinad f\u00f6r ca 1 kg k\u00f6tt:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>2-6 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/p>\n<p>ev en finhackad schalottenl\u00f6k<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd-1 dl r\u00f6tt vin<\/p>\n<p>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk soya, helst Kikkoman japansk &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna en skv\u00e4tt Worcesters\u00e5s<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite smulad torkad chili eller finhackad f\u00e4rsk chili<\/p>\n<p>f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter; t.ex. rosmarin, timjan, mejram, basilika<\/p>\n<p>ganska mycket nymald peppar \u2013 svart, och g\u00e4rna andra blandade sorter<\/p>\n<p>ev. en liten skv\u00e4tt cognac eller portvin<\/p>\n<p>ev. en minimal skv\u00e4tt \u201dsmoke on a bottle\u201d \u2013 r\u00f6kessens<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd-1 olivolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop marinaden och l\u00e4gg k\u00f6ttet i det att marineras i n\u00e5gra timmar.
