Detta penslas p\u00e5 lammkotletterna eller lammfil\u00e9n om du valt det. Grilla och servera med det tillbeh\u00f6r du valt \u2013 kanske tsatsiki och citronpotatis?<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Ingredienser till marinaden f\u00f6r ca 1 kg k\u00f6tt:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p>2-4 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/p>\n<p>1-2 msk hackad f\u00e4rsk rosmarin eller 1-2 tsk torkad rosmarin<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite rivet citronskal<\/p>\n<p>peppar<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop alla ingredienser till marinaden och l\u00e4gg det putsade och avtorkade k\u00f6ttet i den i minst 30 minuter, g\u00e4rna n\u00e5gra timmar eller m\u00f6jligen \u00f6ver natten \u00e4ven om det s\u00e4gs att det inte ger s\u00e5 mycket mer smak.
