Jag v\u00e4ljer ofta fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9, men \u00e4ven karr\u00e9 \u00e4r utm\u00e4rkt att grilla.<\/h3>\n<p><em><strong>F\u00f6r ca. 10 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd kg fl\u00e4skfil\u00e9, fl\u00e4skkarr\u00e9 eller annat fl\u00e4skk\u00f6tt efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak<\/p>\n<p>Till marinaden:<\/p>\n<p>Saften och det finrivna skalet fr\u00e5n 1 citron<\/p>\n<p>1 dl soya<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl r\u00f6tt vin<\/p>\n<p>1 msk balsamvin\u00e4ger<\/p>\n<p>\u00f6rtkryddor efter tillg\u00e5ng och smak \u2013 g\u00e4rna timjan, rosmarin, f\u00e4rsk basilika<\/p>\n<p>6-10 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite smulad torkad chili eller finhackad f\u00e4rsk chili<\/p>\n<p>nymald svartpeppar \u2013 ganska rikligt<\/p>\n<p>\u00bd dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda alla ingredienser till marinaden. Putsa k\u00f6ttet fritt fr\u00e5n senor och hinnor. Dela eventuellt i bitar p\u00e5 15-20 cm som \u00e4r l\u00e4ttare att hantera och som f\u00e5r plats i ugnsformen du valt f\u00f6r att steka dem, om du t\u00e4nker laga dem i ugnen. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet marineras i minst 30 minuter, g\u00e4rna l\u00e4ngre \u2013 kanske \u00f6ver natten.<\/p>\n<p>Ta upp k\u00f6ttet ur marinaden och torka av det l\u00e4tt. Grilla s\u00e5 det f\u00e5r fin stekyta men utan att br\u00e4nnas! Det f\u00e5r inte heller grillas f\u00f6r l\u00e4nge, d\u00e5 blir det bara torrt.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00e4nn p\u00e5 k\u00f6ttet s\u00e5 det inte blir f\u00f6r \u00f6verstekt. Jag tycker det \u00e4r b\u00e4st n\u00e4r det \u00e4r lite rosa bara precis i mitten, fortfarande har kvar sin saftighet men \u00e4nd\u00e5 \u00e4r n\u00e4stan genomstekt utan att vara torrt.
