Jag f\u00f6redrar de saftiga kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9erna, men man kan \u00e4ven ta hela kycklingbr\u00f6stfil\u00e9er eller kycklingklubbor, eller rentav hel kyckling \u2013 men l\u00e4s p\u00e5 hur du grillar en hel kyckling s\u00e5 den inte blir br\u00e4nd utanp\u00e5 och r\u00e5 i mitten utan alldeles perfekt saftig och god!<\/h3>\n<p>Numera har jag ibland sett br\u00f6stinnerfil\u00e9er fr\u00e5n Kronf\u00e5gel i aff\u00e4rerna. De var riktigt saftiga och fina och lagom sm\u00e5 grillbitar. Om man g\u00f6r kycklingklubbor med samma marinad ska man t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 att de tar lite l\u00e4ngre tid att grilla. Kycklingen beh\u00f6ver inte ligga s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge i marinaden om du inte har tid. Kycklingen f\u00e5r fin smak av vitl\u00f6k, citron, rosmarin och soya, och det du f\u00e5r \u00f6ver \u00e4r fantastiskt gott att \u00e4ta kallt n\u00e4sta dag.<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Du beh\u00f6ver till ca 10 personer:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd kg kycklingfil\u00e9 (l\u00e5r- eller br\u00f6st- eller annan del som du f\u00f6redrar)<\/p>\n<p><em>Till marinaden:<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Saft och det finrivna skalet fr\u00e5n ca 3 citroner \u2013 du kan \u00e4ven anv\u00e4nda lime<\/p>\n<p>1- 1\u00bd dl soya<\/p>\n<p>ca 10-15 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, pressade<\/p>\n<p>rosmarin, torkad eller f\u00e4rsk \u2013 2-3 msk torkad, mer om du anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rsk, g\u00e4rna timjan ocks\u00e5 &#8211; alternativt v\u00e4ljer du dragon i st\u00e4llet<\/p>\n<p>1\u00bd dl olivolja<\/p>\n<p><em><strong>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:&nbsp;<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Blanda ihop marinaden och smaka av s\u00e5 den har fin balans i smakerna.<\/p>\n<p>Dela kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9erna i tv\u00e5 delar, om du anv\u00e4nder s\u00e5dana. Anv\u00e4nder du br\u00f6stfil\u00e9er kan du med f\u00f6rdel sk\u00e4ra dem i strimlor p\u00e5 2-3 cm f\u00f6r att underl\u00e4tta grillningen\/stekningen. De nya br\u00f6stinnerfil\u00e9erna \u00e4r redan perfekta i storlek. Om du anv\u00e4nder kycklingklubbor \u00e4r det bra att sk\u00e5ra k\u00f6ttet med en vass kniv s\u00e5 marinaden tr\u00e4nger in och ger smak \u2013 samtidigt blir de lite l\u00e4ttare att grilla och stektiden kortas n\u00e5got. L\u00e5t k\u00f6ttet vila i marinaden i \u00e5tminstone en halvtimme \u2013 upp till n\u00e5gra timmar eller \u00f6ver natten. Grilla k\u00f6ttet \u00f6ver kolb\u00e4dd eller i ugnen p\u00e5 225 grader eller under grillelementet. Kolla att k\u00f6ttet \u00e4r genomstekt genom att sticka en kniv eller sticka i k\u00f6ttet \u2013 om saften som sipprar ut \u00e4r klar \u00e4r kycklingen genomstekt. L\u00e4gg bitarna p\u00e5 ett uppl\u00e4ggningsfat och servera med tillbeh\u00f6r du valt. Jag tycker det \u00e4r mycket gott att g\u00f6ra en yoghurts\u00e5s med ugnsbakad citron som du finner h\u00e4r bredvid. En annan riktig favorit till denna grillade kyckling med medelhavssmaker \u00e4r fetaostr\u00f6ra.
