D\u00e5 kan det kanske smaka med en liten rotfruktsgrat\u00e4ng. Servera den som den \u00e4r med en fr\u00e4sch sallad eller med kyckling (p\u00e5 bilden \u00f6rtstekta kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9er), k\u00f6tt eller fisk &#8211; kanske lite r\u00f6kt eller ugnsbakad lax. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tag de rotfrukter du gillar och har till hands &#8211; jag anv\u00e4nde rotselleri, mor\u00f6tter, k\u00e5lrot och lite l\u00f6k. Det blir lite som rotmos fast i annan form. Det \u00e4r \u00e4ven gott med persiljer\u00f6tter eller palsternackor. Purjol\u00f6k kan ocks\u00e5 vara gott att ha i, den passar bra med gr\u00e4dden och ger lite v\u00e5rk\u00e4nsla tycker jag.  Som ni ser tog min grat\u00e4ng lite v\u00e4l mycket f\u00e4rg i ugnen, men god blev den. Rensa purjol\u00f6ken, sk\u00e4r ett snitt l\u00e4ngs med och sk\u00f6lj noga bort allt grus som brukar samlas mellan bladen. Skala \u00e4ven vitl\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r den i bitar som g\u00e5r att k\u00f6ra i vitl\u00f6kspress. Skiva rotfrukterna tunt, jag anv\u00e4nder f\u00e4rna en hush\u00e5llsassistent f\u00f6r detta med det bladet som ger skivor. Sm\u00f6rj en ugnsfast form med sm\u00f6r eller olja. Varva skivorna av rotfrukterna och lite l\u00f6k samt pressad vitl\u00f6k. Salta och peppra \u00e4ven mellan varven. Forts\u00e4tt s\u00e5 med alla skivor, l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 gr\u00e4dde s\u00e5 att det n\u00e4stan n\u00e5r upp till toppen av rotfrukterna. Salta och peppra p\u00e5 ovansidan och l\u00e4gg g\u00e4rna p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra klickar sm\u00f6r. St\u00e4ll formen i ugnen p\u00e5 ca 170 grader och l\u00e5t den baka i n\u00e4rmare en timme. Drag ner v\u00e4rmen till 150 om grat\u00e4ngen b\u00f6rjar f\u00e5 f\u00f6r mycket f\u00e4rg. Du kan \u00e4ven l\u00e4gga ett sm\u00f6rpapper, bak\u00e5lptspapper eller liknande \u00f6ver f\u00f6r att skydda den medan den bakar klar.
