S\u00e5 var det klockrena namnet f\u00f6tt f\u00f6r denna uts\u00f6kt goda pastar\u00e4tt som sonen b\u00f6rjade laga.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00c4ven om sonen helst \u00e4ter sin silviakyckling med pasta g\u00e5r det lika bra att servera den som en gryta med ris, g\u00e4rna med n\u00e5gon kokt gr\u00f6nsak bredvid s\u00e5som gr\u00f6na b\u00f6nor, socker\u00e4rtor, spenat eller broccoli. N\u00e4r vi serverar den som en pastas\u00e5s st\u00e4ller vi fram en stor sk\u00e5l sallad bredvid. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33856\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5238-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Silviapastan serverades med sm\u00f6rslungad bladspenat och en sallad bredvid <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">600 gram kycklingl\u00e5rfil\u00e9, skuren i mindre bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2-3 schalottenl\u00f6kar, skalade och hackade eller strimlade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">olivolja och en klick sm\u00f6r till stekningen<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 tsk torkad salvia<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">salt och nymald peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g\u00e4rna en knivsudd cayenne eller annan finmalen torkad chili<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dl vitt vin<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2 dl gr\u00e4dde<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 msk kalvfond (ja, det blir fylligare och en fin smak med kalvfond h\u00e4r, \u00e4ven om kycklingfond ocks\u00e5 fungerar)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">n\u00e5gra droppar soya, jag v\u00e4ljer helst Kikkoman (men f\u00e5r inget betalt f\u00f6r att s\u00e4ga det) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g\u00e4rna f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter att toppa r\u00e4tten med &#8211; jag tog k\u00f6rvel och persilja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">pasta eller ris till servering liksom sallad och\/eller kokta gr\u00f6nsaker<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stek l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k i sm\u00f6r och olja \u00f6ver medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme med lite salt tills l\u00f6ken \u00e4r helt mjuk och kanske lite gyllene men inte tagit f\u00e4rg. P\u00e5 s\u00e5 vis f\u00e5r du fram l\u00f6kens s\u00f6tma och h\u00e4rliga aromer utan att ta fram beska. Tills\u00e4tt kycklingbitarna och fr\u00e4s dem helt l\u00e4tt samtidigt som du kryddar med salvia, peppar och salt samt lite chili. Tills\u00e4tt vinet och h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen s\u00e5 det puttrar ihop innan du tills\u00e4tter gr\u00e4dden samt buljong\/fond och s\u00e4nker v\u00e4rmen n\u00e4r det b\u00f6rjar sjuda. Smaka av med soja f\u00f6r s\u00e4lta, fyllighet och umami. L\u00e5t s\u00e5sen st\u00e5 och koka ihop medan du kokar din pasta eller riset och g\u00f6r iordning gr\u00f6nsakstillbeh\u00f6ret. Smaka av ifall du vill krydda upp s\u00e5sen &#8211; t\u00e4nk d\u00e5 p\u00e5 att stan tar en del smak s\u00e5 kryddl\u00e4get b\u00f6r vara ganska h\u00f6gt.
