Nu gillar jag att hellre anv\u00e4nda r\u00e5socker s\u00e5 d\u00e5 f\u00e5r glassen en lite beigare ton, men alls inte s\u00e5 m\u00f6rk som en klassisk kaffeglass d\u00e4r man f\u00f6rst brygger kaffe, eller \u00e4nnu b\u00e4ttre en espresso, och har i glassmeten. R\u00f6r om d\u00e5 och d\u00e5 medan blandningen sjuder upp &#8211; men passa s\u00e5 att den vare sig kokar \u00f6ver eller hinner bli f\u00f6r varm. N\u00e4r mj\u00f6lken precis b\u00f6rjar ryka tar du kastrullen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 cirka 15 minuter innan du tills\u00e4tter gr\u00e4dden och blandar. Sila av och l\u00e5t blandningen svalna helt, men beh\u00e5ll g\u00e4rna vaniljst\u00e5ngen f\u00f6r extra smak om du vill.
