G\u00f6r g\u00e4rna v\u00e5ffelsmeten sj\u00e4lv! Det \u00e4r inte s\u00e5 jobbigt och blir fantastiskt gott! <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>F\u00f6r n\u00e5gra \u00e5r sedan tog jag fram ett recept f\u00f6r glutenfria v\u00e5fflor som vi tycker blir otroligt bra. Sedan finns ju de traditionella frasv\u00e5fflorna med vetemj\u00f6l, och d\u00e5 \u00e4r Hirams gamla klassiska recept en stor favorit. Vi st\u00e4llde till med v\u00e5ffeltest p\u00e5 sj\u00e4lvaste v\u00e5ffeldan d\u00e5 jag och barnen &#8211; eller snarare ungdomarna som de nu \u00e4r &#8211; hade v\u00e5ffelbar runt v\u00e5r avl\u00e5nga k\u00f6ks\u00f6. Det blev en veritabel v\u00e5ffelfest! Resultatet blev att Hirams v\u00e5fflor vann, men med mycket liten marginal. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-33911\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_5482-2048x1536.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Till v\u00e4nster glutenfria v\u00e5fflor p\u00e5 durra-, ris- och potatismj\u00f6l med bakpulver och till h\u00f6ger Hirams frasv\u00e5fflor p\u00e5 vetemj\u00f6l med j\u00e4st &#8211; b\u00e5da s\u00e5klart med \u00e4kta sm\u00f6r f\u00f6r s\u00e5v\u00e4l fras som smak! <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Om vanliga glutenhaltiga frasv\u00e5fflor hade varit det glutenhaltiga alternativet hade de glutenfria vunnit och j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med s\u00e5v\u00e4l andra glutenfria v\u00e5fflor som f\u00e4rdig v\u00e5ffelmix p\u00e5 paket vinner de med marginal konstaterade vi alla. Personligen \u00e4r jag v\u00e4ldigt svag f\u00f6r den l\u00e4tt n\u00f6tiga smak som man f\u00e5r av durramj\u00f6let som ing\u00e5r i mina glutenfria v\u00e5fflor. Ungdomarna tyckte de n\u00e4stan blev krispiga snarare \u00e4n frasiga och trodde att de \u00e4ven skulle g\u00f6ra sig mycket bra med salt topping. Nu hade vi hemr\u00f6rd drottningsylt samt ett experiment i form av havtornskr\u00e4m som faktiskt inte var s\u00e5 tokig.
