Soppan f\u00e5r smak av ingef\u00e4ra, korianderfr\u00f6n och en aning spiskummin, kokosmj\u00f6lk samt citron och\/eller lime. Det ger en mild kryddning med aromatiska smaker utan att det smakar direkt indiskt. Den som vill ha mer fart i styrkan tills\u00e4tter mer chili. Tills\u00e4tt kryddor, mor\u00f6tter och ingef\u00e4ra. H\u00e4ll p\u00e5 vatten och l\u00e4gg i buljongt\u00e4rningar. L\u00e5t sjuda tills morotsbitarna mjuknat. Mixa soppan sl\u00e4t, smaka av med citron och\/eller lime, kanske peppar, salt, chili?
