En sockerlag kokades med de t\u00e4rnade \u00e4pplena och citron. Det hela mixades med myntan och k\u00f6rdes i glassmaskinen efter en sejour i kylen f\u00f6r att vara helt kall. L\u00e5t koka upp och sedan sjuda cirka fem minuter s\u00e5 \u00e4pplena mjuknar. Tag av v\u00e4rmen och l\u00e5t svalna till 60 grader, l\u00e4gg d\u00e5 i myntabladen och h\u00e4ll blandningen i en mixer. Mixa s\u00e5 den blir sl\u00e4t. St\u00e4ll kallt att svalna innan du h\u00e4ller det i glassmaskinen. L\u00e4gg i en bunke med lock och st\u00e4ll in i frysen till servering och du inte ska servera direkt.
