Kyckling serverades i en klorofyllgr\u00f6n mustig kycklingbuljong med ramsl\u00f6k och citron tillsammans med v\u00e5rprim\u00f6rer i form av gr\u00f6n sparris, gulbetor, v\u00e5rl\u00f6k och r\u00e4disor. Ramsl\u00f6ksblommor \u00e4r b\u00e5de mycket goda och vackra att dekorera med. V\u00e5rl\u00f6ken sjuder jag g\u00e4rna i buljongen s\u00e5 den blir precis mjuk. Koka potatisen eller rosta den i ugn med \u00f6rter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka upp kycklingbuljongen, tills\u00e4tt citron, ramsl\u00f6k och lite peppar. Mixa buljongen s\u00e5 den blir alldeles vackert klorofyllgr\u00f6n. H\u00e5ll buljongen varm i kastrull till servering. Det \u00e4r bra om du h\u00e5ller den p\u00e5 en temperatur av 60 grader i b\u00f6rjan f\u00f6r att bibeh\u00e5lla ramsl\u00f6kens fr\u00e4scha f\u00e4rg och klorofyllk\u00e4nslan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Arrangera kyckling och gr\u00f6nsaker vackert i djupa tallrikar eller sk\u00e5lar, \u00f6s en slev buljong \u00f6ver varje tallrik, dekorera med ramsl\u00f6ksblommor, k\u00f6rvel och vad du har.
