De milda rena somriga smakerna passar v\u00e4ldigt bra till gr\u00f6nsaker, kyckling, fisk eller k\u00f6tt. F\u00e5r du \u00f6ver kan du servera till en omelett eller blanda med nykokt pasta, eller varf\u00f6r inte v\u00e4nda ner i lite \u00f6verbliven f\u00e4rskpotatis till en fr\u00e4sch klorofyll potatissallad.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3 krukor basilika eller ett antal stora ruskor fr\u00e5n egenodlad basilika &#8211; plocka d\u00e5 bladen s\u00e5 du inte f\u00e5r med de h\u00e5rda stj\u00e4lkarna (de k\u00f6pta sm\u00e5 krukorna brukar ha mjuka stj\u00e4lkar som kan mixas med i s\u00e5sen)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 schalottenl\u00f6k, skalad och skuren i bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1-2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor av s\u00e5 f\u00e4rsk fin kvalitet som m\u00f6jligt, skalade och delade i bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1\/2 tsk salt (ta lite f\u00f6rst och smaka av &#8211; tills\u00e4tt sedan mer om du vill och beh\u00f6ver) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>den pressade saften fr\u00e5n 1\/2 &#8211; 1 citron (\u00e4ven h\u00e4r b\u00f6rjar du f\u00f6rsiktigt och \u00f6kar efter smak) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ev. 1 liten sked sherryvin\u00e4ger eller god vitvinsvin\u00e4ger (smaka av!)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>nymald peppar<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>ca 1 dl mild olivolja eller annan v\u00e4lsmakande mild olja (det f\u00e5r inte bli beskt) <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg alla ingredienser i en bunke, blanda ihop smaka av &#8211; kanske beh\u00f6ver du mer syra, s\u00e4lta, hetta? Om man vill kan man mixa salsan i en h\u00f6g bunke med stavmixer, jag finhackar den oftast.
