Med hetta, syra, s\u00f6tma har du h\u00e4r underbara mexikanska smaker. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kycklingen kan du grilla i ugnen eller p\u00e5 grill eller steka i panna alternativt baka i ugnen. Den f\u00e5r sin h\u00e4rliga smak av bland annat chili, lime och vitl\u00f6k. Har du hel kyckling sk\u00e4r du bara strimlor av den. Jag anv\u00e4nder g\u00e4rna l\u00e5rfil\u00e9er som jag tycker blir saftiga och goda, men hade h\u00e4r hela kycklingbr\u00f6stfil\u00e9er.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Den som vill kan servera s\u00f6tpotatis rostad i klyftor i ugnen till eller ris. Man kan ocks\u00e5 blanda marinaden i bunken f\u00f6rst och sedan l\u00e4gga i de avtorkade kycklingbitarna. L\u00e4gg upp kycklingen p\u00e5 ett ugnsgaller som du st\u00e4llt \u00f6ver en ugnspl\u00e5t. Eller s\u00e5 har du kvar dem i bunken och tar fram den till grillen n\u00e4r den f\u00e5tt perfekt gl\u00f6d att grilla p\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under tiden g\u00f6r du salsan: skala och sk\u00e4r mangon i sm\u00e5 bitar, knappt en cm stora, l\u00e4gg i en sk\u00e5l och tills\u00e4tt den hackade chilin, salt och limejuice. Blanda runt, smaka av &#8211; kanske mera chili, salt eller lime? St\u00e4ll sk\u00e5len \u00e5t sidan till servering. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Precis n\u00e4r kycklingen \u00e4r klar v\u00e4rmer du tortillabr\u00f6den i ugnen och l\u00e4gger fram dem p\u00e5 en bricka, sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da eller ett fat. Strimla kycklingen p\u00e5 en sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da och st\u00e4ll fram salladen och mangosalsan och kanske om du har en annan salsa ocks\u00e5 att ringla \u00f6ver. Servera direkt. L\u00e5t g\u00e4sterna l\u00e4gga en tortilla p\u00e5 sina tallrikar f\u00f6rst, d\u00e4rp\u00e5 sallad, kyckling, mangosalsa och kanske annan salsa \u00f6ver.
