S\u00e5sen \u00e4r helt fantastisk &#8211; kryddig, aromatisk med noter av choklad och viss hetta men mest fyllighet och smakrik! <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Detta \u00e4r en s\u00e5s som i sin enkelhet slog knock p\u00e5 mig. S\u00e5 mycket smak av s\u00e5 f\u00e5 ingredienser! Det \u00e4r den fantastiska chilin Pasilla som st\u00e5r f\u00f6r denna komplexitet. Den kokas helt enkelt med n\u00e5gra tomater f\u00f6r att sedan mixas tillsammans med gul l\u00f6k (den mexikanska gula l\u00f6ken \u00e4r ganska mild med smak som liknar f\u00e4rsk silverl\u00f6k), vitl\u00f6k och inget mer! Helt otroligt! H\u00e4r serverades s\u00e5sen med n\u00f6tk\u00f6tt som kokat l\u00e4nge tillsammans med gul l\u00f6k och vitl\u00f6k s\u00e5 det faller is\u00e4r, mycket gott! Till det ett r\u00f6tt ris, det vill s\u00e4ga ett ris kokt med tomat. Men man kan \u00e4ven t\u00e4nka sig saffransris eller vanligt ris. Jag hade g\u00e4rna sett n\u00e5gon god gr\u00f6nsak till ocks\u00e5. S\u00e5sen fungerar \u00e4ven till kyckling eller en bit stekt k\u00f6tt eller stek. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer:<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4 chili pasilla (de \u00e4r torkade och ganska m\u00f6rka)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3-4 stora f\u00e4rska plommontomater<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 silverl\u00f6k<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r:<\/em><\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Koka chilisarna med tomaterna i l\u00e4tt saltat vatten s\u00e5 det t\u00e4cker i ca 5-10 minuter. Lyft upp chilisarna och tomaterna med en h\u00e5lslev och l\u00e4gg i en mixer tillsammans med den skalade gula l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken skurna i bitar. Tag bort stammen p\u00e5 chilin men ta med fr\u00f6n och allt annat. Mixa sl\u00e4tt, tills\u00e4tt eventuellt lite av kokvattnet f\u00f6r bra konsistens. H\u00e4ll tillbaka s\u00e5sen i en kastrull och l\u00e5t sjuda tills den blivit tjock och blank, smaks\u00e4tt med salt.
