Lyckat och uppskattat. Tv\u00e4tta och sk\u00e4r upp v\u00e5rl\u00f6ken. Riv osten p\u00e5 den fina delen av rivj\u00e4rnet. V\u00e4nd ner osten i s\u00e5sen, r\u00f6r runt s\u00e5 att osten sm\u00e4lter. Man kan mixa s\u00e5sen med en stavmixer. Den som vill ha mindre vitl\u00f6kssmak lyfter upp vitl\u00f6ksklyftorna innan mixningen. Koka pastan i rikligt med saltat vatten s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r al dente, med en viss k\u00e4rna. Sila av pastan. L\u00e4gg pastan i osts\u00e5sen, blanda runt s\u00e5 att all pasta t\u00e4cks av s\u00e5sen. L\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar, toppa med v\u00e5rl\u00f6k, ett \u00e4gg av stenbitsrom och en skiva citron.
