Pastasalladen l\u00e4ggs upp p\u00e5 ett fat, eventuellt p\u00e5 en b\u00e4dd av sallad och\/eller ruccola. L\u00e4gg cocktailtomater i halvor runtom, str\u00f6 g\u00e4rna \u00f6ver tunt skivad l\u00f6k. H\u00e4r kan man ta r\u00f6dl\u00f6k, v\u00e5rl\u00f6k eller silverl\u00f6k. Jag marinerar g\u00e4rna l\u00f6ken helt snabbt genom att str\u00f6 lite salt \u00f6ver den uppskurna l\u00f6ken och pressa f\u00e4rsk citron \u00f6ver. Efter ett litet tag har den mjuknat i b\u00e5de konsistens och smak &#8211; dekorera d\u00e5 din anr\u00e4ttning med den. Str\u00f6 \u00e4ven \u00f6ver strimlad f\u00e4rsk basilika, peppra och salta och ringla en god olivolja \u00f6ver &#8211; jag tog en citronolivolja f\u00f6r extra citronsmak. Presto &#8211; bara att servera! Strimla basilikan och str\u00f6 den \u00f6ver det hela. Ringla olivolja \u00f6ver.
