D\u00e5 vi var inne i den n\u00e4rmaste lilla staden Lanciano k\u00f6pte vi gr\u00f6nsaker och k\u00f6tt, finfina stekar att l\u00e4gga p\u00e5 grillen. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>K\u00f6ttbitarna kryddades helt enkelt med rosmarin och salvia fr\u00e5n tr\u00e4dg\u00e5rden, peppar och salt fr\u00e5n ving\u00e5rden vi bes\u00f6kte innan vi kom till huset &#8211; smaksatt med \u00f6rter fr\u00e5n bergen och det lokala vinet Montepulciano d&#8217;Abruzzo. Till det grillade k\u00f6ttet en salsa p\u00e5 samma \u00f6rter, vitl\u00f6k, citronskal och olivolja samt en insalata Caprese, en tomat- och mozzarellasallad med f\u00e4rsk basilika. Otroligt enkelt och otroligt gott! Under tiden den g\u00e5r fr\u00e5n brinnande till perfekt gl\u00f6d f\u00f6rbereder du allt: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Krydda k\u00f6ttet, st\u00e4ll det \u00e5t sidan. G\u00f6r salsan: finhacka vitl\u00f6ken, mosa den mot sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan tillsammans med lite salt som g\u00f6r att den mosas l\u00e4ttare, mosa med knivbladet och l\u00e4gg den krossade vitl\u00f6ken i en sk\u00e5l. Hacka \u00f6rterna och tills\u00e4tt dem, salta och peppra, riv i citronskalet, tills\u00e4tt olja och blanda runt. Smaka av, st\u00e4ll sedan \u00e5t sidan. F\u00f6r tomat-mozzarellasalladen: L\u00e4gg de delade cockatiltomaterna i en bunke tillsammans med den iturivna mozzarellan &#8211; genom att riva den i st\u00e4llet f\u00f6r att sk\u00e4ra den suger den upp oljan och tomatsaften och smakerna blandas b\u00e4ttre, s\u00e5 h\u00e4r har jag l\u00e4rt mig att italienarna g\u00f6r. Krydda med salt och peppar och ganska rikligt med f\u00e4rsk basilika.
