Bred ut mandlarna p\u00e5 en bricka eller sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4da som du lagt dubbla lager hush\u00e5llspapper p\u00e5. N\u00e4r mandlarna \u00e4r tillr\u00e4ckligt svala ploppar du ut dem ur skalen genom att trycka i ena \u00e4ndan och f\u00e5nga upp den skalade mandeln med andra handen. L\u00e4gg de sk\u00e5llade mandlarna p\u00e5 en tallrik eller bricka med dubbla hush\u00e5llspapper s\u00e5 att de torkar helt innan du forts\u00e4tter. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u00e4gg socker, salt och vatten i en kastrull. L\u00e5t koka upp, l\u00e4gg i mandlarna, r\u00f6r runt och h\u00e4ll ut det hela p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du t\u00e4ckt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper. Platta till s\u00e5 du har en j\u00e4mntunn platta mandel. St\u00e4ll i mitten av ugnen som du v\u00e4rmt till 175 grader. L\u00e5t st\u00e5 i ca 10 minuter, kolla ifall de blivit vackert gyllene och det hela verkar krispigt. Tag ut, l\u00e4gg bakpl\u00e5tspappret med mandlarna att svalna \u00f6ver ett galler. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att mandlarna med sockret \u00e4r mycket varma! N\u00e4r det hela svalnat bryter du upp mandelbr\u00e4cket i mindre bitar, l\u00e4gg i en burk med t\u00e4ttslutande lock.
