Jag gjorde denna en het sommardag n\u00e4r saltet, umamin och hettan k\u00e4ndes helt r\u00e4tt. F\u00e4rska \u00f6rter ger en extra aromatisk dimension. Pastan serverades med buljongkokt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l som \u00e4r otroligt gott till n\u00e4stan vad som helst och passade v\u00e4ldigt bra h\u00e4r. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Jag g\u00f6r g\u00e4rna extra mycket pasta s\u00e5 man har en lunchr\u00e4tt kvar till n\u00e5gon annan dag, den h\u00e4r s\u00e5sen \u00e4r dessutom ganska v\u00e4l tilltagen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-1024x768.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34870\" style=\"width:512px;height:384px\" width=\"512\" height=\"384\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-1024x768.jpeg 1024w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-300x225.jpeg 300w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-150x113.jpeg 150w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-768x576.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-1536x1152.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2238-2048x1536.jpeg 2048w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 512px) 100vw, 512px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">S\u00e5sen puttrar och pastan kokar<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>Du beh\u00f6ver f\u00f6r 4 personer: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1-2 burkar tonfisk<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 burk sardeller i olja<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 burk passerade tomater av god kvalitet (jag anv\u00e4nder Mutti)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5-6 f\u00e4rska tomater, hackade &#8211; alternativt en burk passerade tomater till<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1 silverl\u00f6k eller gul l\u00f6k, skalad och finhackad<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4-5 vitl\u00f6ksklyftor, skalade och hackade samt g\u00e4rna mosade med salt med knivbladet mot sk\u00e4rbr\u00e4dan<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">olivolja att steka i<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3 msk tomatpur\u00e9 av god kvalitet (jag anv\u00e4nder Mutti)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">saft av 1\/2 pressad citron och g\u00e4rna finrivet skal<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00f6rter &#8211; jag tog timjan, dragon, oregano och basilika<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">chili &#8211; jag tog 1\/2 stor r\u00f6d f\u00e4rsk chili, hackad samt ett kryddm\u00e5tt cayenne och chipotle<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">g\u00e4rna lite r\u00f6kt paprikapulver<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">ev. 1\/2 buljongt\u00e4rning<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">500-600 gram pasta efter tillg\u00e5ng, tycke och smak, jag tog Fusilli<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-resized\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-768x1024.jpeg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-34869\" style=\"width:384px;height:512px\" width=\"384\" height=\"512\" srcset=\"https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-768x1024.jpeg 768w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-225x300.jpeg 225w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-113x150.jpeg 113w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-1152x1536.jpeg 1152w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-1536x2048.jpeg 1536w, https:\/\/files.katinkaskitchen.com\/IMG_2239-scaled.jpeg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 384px) 100vw, 384px\" \/><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">F\u00e4rdigt f\u00f6r servering &#8211; pasta med den h\u00e4rliga s\u00e5sen och buljongkokt f\u00e4nk\u00e5l i bakgrunden<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><em>G\u00f6r s\u00e5 h\u00e4r: <\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stek l\u00f6ken och vitl\u00f6ken i olivoljan p\u00e5 medell\u00e5g v\u00e4rme s\u00e5 den blir helt mjuk utan att ta f\u00e4rg. Tills\u00e4tt tomatpur\u00e9n och \u00f6ka v\u00e4rmen en aning. Tills\u00e4tt de hela sardellfil\u00e9erna och en del av oljan de ligger i, pressa i citronsaften och riv i skalet &#8211; l\u00e5t puttra s\u00e5 att sardellfil\u00e9erna l\u00f6ser upp sig. Tills\u00e4tt de f\u00e4rska tomaterna, l\u00e5t puttra ett tag innan du tills\u00e4tter de passerade tomaterna fr\u00e5n burk. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven \u00f6rter och chili samt tonfisk. L\u00e5t allt puttra samman och smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer s\u00e4lta, mer chili, mer syra? Kanske buljongt\u00e4rningen? Det ska smaka fylligt, saltigt och umami med en l\u00e4tt fin syra och aromatiska \u00f6rter. T\u00e4nk p\u00e5 att pastan mildrar en hel del av smaken, s\u00e5sen ska vara ett kraftpaket i smak. Tills\u00e4tt g\u00e4rna mer f\u00e4rska \u00f6rter p\u00e5 slutet, s\u00e5som till exempel basilika som m\u00e5r b\u00e4st av att tills\u00e4ttas sent f\u00f6r att beh\u00e5lla sin fina smak. Koka pastan s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r al dente, h\u00e4ll av i ett durkslag och blanda direkt med pastas\u00e5sen. Str\u00f6 \u00f6rter \u00f6ver och servera direkt. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">F\u00f6r att koka f\u00e4nk\u00e5len rensar du den, sk\u00e4r den i klyftor och sk\u00e4r bort den h\u00e5rda biten l\u00e4ngst ner. Koka upp vatten med gr\u00f6nsaksbuljongt\u00e4rningar, koka f\u00e4nk\u00e5len tills den \u00e4r helt mjuk. Den kan ligga kvar i buljongen tills du \u00e4r klar med \u00f6vriga grejer till middagen, h\u00e4ll av och ringla en god olivolja \u00f6ver &#8211; servera.
