I detta v\u00e4ndes nykokt pasta som sedan toppades med krispig bacon och gremolata samt nyriven parmesan. L\u00e5t den svettas en aning innan du h\u00e4ller i vinet och h\u00f6jer v\u00e4rmen. L\u00e5t vinet puttra ihop en aning innan du h\u00e4ller i gr\u00e4dden. L\u00e5t purjol\u00f6ken koka helt mjuk i gr\u00e4dde och vin. Smaka av med salt och peppar. Det h\u00e4r tar ett tag f\u00f6r jag tycker att purjol\u00f6ken ska vara helt genommjuk s\u00e5 l\u00e5t den sjuda p\u00e5 l\u00e5g v\u00e4rme tills den mjuknat helt och smakerna blivit ljuvliga. Under tiden gr\u00e4ddar du bacon i ugnen p\u00e5 en pl\u00e5t som du kl\u00e4tt med bakpl\u00e5tspapper tills den \u00e4r krispig och fin men inte br\u00e4nd. St\u00e4ll den \u00e5t sidan s\u00e5 l\u00e4nge. G\u00f6r \u00e4ven gremolatan: blanda det finrivna citronskalet med finhackad persilja och vitl\u00f6k eller l\u00f6k som du ocks\u00e5 finhackad och krossat med knivbladet med lite salt. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer salt. Riv parmesanen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Koka pastan s\u00e5 att den \u00e4r perfekt al dente, l\u00e4gg den avrunna pastan i den gr\u00e4ddiga purjol\u00f6ken, blanda runt och l\u00e4gg upp p\u00e5 tallrikar. Toppa med bacon som du smular s\u00f6nder och toppa det hela med gremolata och parmesan.
