Till exempel en kanap\u00e9 med l\u00f6jrom och&#8230;? potatis. bakad l\u00f6k..? Eller hur f\u00e5ngar man k\u00e4nslan av en taco i en munsbit till drinken &#8211; det vill s\u00e4ga n\u00e5got med salsa de tomatillo, den gr\u00f6na fantastiska tomaten som alls inte \u00e4r n\u00e5gon tomat utan i sj\u00e4lva verket \u00e4r sl\u00e4kt med det lilla b\u00e4ret physalis som ocks\u00e5 kallas kapkrusb\u00e4r, likaledes dold i pappersliknande h\u00f6lje.
