Dessutom beh\u00f6vde jag f\u00e5 det att r\u00e4cka till fler \u00e4n vi ursprungligen t\u00e4nkt. Thaismaker t\u00e4nkte jag och skred till verket: ingef\u00e4ra, l\u00f6k, vitl\u00f6k, r\u00f6d thai curry, chili, kokosmj\u00f6lk, den karakt\u00e4ristiska thail\u00e4ndska fisks\u00e5sen och f\u00e4rskpressad lime samt riven morot, tv\u00e5 sorters b\u00f6nor och strimlad salladsk\u00e5l som var fantastiskt vackert lila! Det blev en h\u00e4rligt mustig sp\u00e4nnande gryt-s\u00e5s, som jag serverade med nykokta breda risnudlar men som passar lika bra till ris. Tills\u00e4tt k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rsen, h\u00f6j v\u00e4rmen och stek den ett tag. Tills\u00e4tt \u00e4ven ingef\u00e4ran och chilin och stek ett tag till innan du tills\u00e4tter chilipasten och sedan kokosmj\u00f6lken. Anv\u00e4nder du \u00e4ven citrongr\u00e4s l\u00e4gger du i de bitarna samt fisks\u00e5sen, namn pla, och en liten sked r\u00e5socker. Blanda runt och l\u00e5t st\u00e5 och puttra s\u00e5 att s\u00e5sen kokar ihop och smakerna s\u00e4tter sig. Strax innan servering v\u00e4nder du ner den strimlade salladsk\u00e5len samt blandar i lime- eller citronjuice. Smaka av ifall du beh\u00f6ver mer s\u00e4lta i form av namn pla eller kanske en aning soja f\u00f6r extra fyllighet. Koka upp vatten till noodlarna, l\u00e4gg i dem och l\u00e5t dem koka enligt anvisningar p\u00e5 f\u00f6rpackningen, oftast g\u00e5r det mycket fort p\u00e5 n\u00e5gra minuter, det \u00e4r viktigt att de inte kokar s\u00f6nder &#8211; b\u00e4ttre d\u00e5 att de \u00e4r aning underkokta och sedan mjuknar i k\u00f6ttf\u00e4rss\u00e5sen.
