Smoothie \u00e4r v\u00e4ldigt l\u00e4tt att g\u00f6ra, f\u00f6rutsatt att man har en mixer, och gjord p\u00e5 jordgubbar f\u00e5r den en h\u00e4rlig smak av sommar!<\/h3>\n<p>Det h\u00e4r \u00e4r ett recept som \u00e4r bra att ta till n\u00e4r jordgubbskvalit\u00e9n inte \u00e4r p\u00e5 topp, \u00e4ven om prima jordgubbar alltid \u00e4r att f\u00f6redra. Man kan g\u00f6ra den p\u00e5 bara jordgubbar med yoghurt eller p\u00e5 jordgubbar med lite banan. Att ha i banan kan vara en god id\u00e9 om man vill g\u00f6ra en laktosfri smoothie, eftersom bananen ger tjock fin konsistens. Om jag har \u00e4ppeljuice hemma tycker jag det blir v\u00e4ldigt gott att ha en liten skv\u00e4tt i den laktosfria smoothien. Du kan sj\u00e4lvklart \u00e4ven g\u00f6ra en smoothie med b\u00e5de banan och yoghurt.<\/p>\n<p>Smoothie med yoghurt:<\/p>\n<p>1 liter jordgubbar<\/p>\n<p>2 dl yoghurt, g\u00e4rna den med vaniljsmak<\/p>\n<p>g\u00e4rna lite is<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite socker \u2013 beroende p\u00e5 vilken yoghurt du anv\u00e4nder samt b\u00e4rens s\u00f6tma<\/p>\n<p>ev. lite mj\u00f6lk, f\u00f6r mer skummande smoothie<\/p>\n<p>Mixa allt och h\u00e4ll upp p\u00e5 vackra glas. G\u00e4rna med ett tjockt sugr\u00f6r i varje. Dekorera med en jordgubbe p\u00e5 glaskanten.
